How to download maps...

Hi this is Madness again, I was wondering if some1 could explain how to download jk3 maps from jk3files or filefront or w/e. Of course I want to play at .:MOO:. rp server and I need the_academy_v2. So please help :(

u click on download, and download them from filefront into your documents. then, using Winzip, extractt the files into your jedi academy > gamedata > base.
